Background

A shopping complex featuring WAFA Hotel and Service Apartment has taken an initiative to construct a new extension building adjoining the existing building in effort to improve their hospitality services and to further enhance the tourism industry in this country. This new extension building will be occupied with the new water park and swimming pools on the first and second floor respectively. In addition to the steel reinforcement at the column footing, FORTA-FERRO® was added to achieve in the reduction of plastic and hardened concrete shrinkage, improve impact strength, and increase fatigue resistance and concrete toughness.
