Project Description:
Pylon No. 39, located 11m from the edge of a steep, 31m high eroding slope, required a slope protection solution that addressed difficult access and site sensitivity. Traditional methods like bored piles and vegetated mats were unsuitable due to the slope's steepness and hardness. Concrete Canvas ® was chosen for its fast installation and minimal machinery needs. The project was completed in 21 days by a 10-person team, including skilled climbers for safety.
