Project Description:
The designated area functions as a parking zone that frequently experiences flooding, leading to repeated damage and operational setbacks, especially during periods of heavy rainfall. Continuous water accumulation weakens the pavement structure and worsens pre-existing surface conditions. The situation is further strained by the regular movement of heavy vehicles, which accelerates wear and tear on the road surface.
To address these issues, the use of Forta-Ferro® synthetic fibers is recommended as part of a reinforced concrete solution. By incorporating these fibers into the concrete mix and elevating the ground level, the parking area can be significantly fortified against future flood risks while also withstanding the impact of heavy vehicular loads.
